I love making jerky in our dehydrator and usually use a recipe from How it All Vegan that can be found here: http://www.vegparadise.com/asknettie23.html
Primal Strips are great-- every time we go back to Canada and the US we buy heaps (but now we can get them here too- just a bit more expensive but a great treat)shawnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15393933015016286894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25669750.post-84305878432693025452012-02-01T16:43:44.406+10:002012-02-01T16:43:44.406+10:00ooh i love the idea of a proper vegan cheese toast...ooh i love the idea of a proper vegan cheese toasted sandwich!! Just like cow's milk cheeses, some are hard and crumbly while others are melty. They all have different characteristics, which lend themselves to different uses.

BTW, when you were here, did you get to try Daiya cheeses? They are exceedingly melty--perfect for pizzas, grilled cheeses, Mexi food, etc.urban veganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01541085454822240908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25669750.post-24241314139332923082012-01-31T07:53:22.545+10:002012-01-31T07:53:22.545+10:00What great treats! As someone who didn't like cheese even before reducing dairy, I'll confess to being more excited by the other items in your package than the cheese per se. However, it's nice to know there are actually vegan cheeses out there that taste edible and can be used in place of the cow version.Karihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06350144954173714085noreply@blogger.com
