Bean queen

Last week we pressure-cooked a batch of cannellini beans for dinner. We always make a double batch and freeze the leftovers in jars or tupperwares for easy dinners later on. We left a container of cannellinis on the bench to cool a bit while we ate dessert, and Nacho discovered the beans and wanted in.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that she carried on like this for a good 10 minutes.

Aww, haha!! Love Nacho :-)

**Just as a heads up: I will not be able to comment on blogs as often now, during this semester, due to work overload (I'm stressed already) - PLEASE know that I'm still loyally reading, but just won't have time to comment. I hope you understand!!

Awww Nacho is too adorable! Toby gets like that, but his tastes are somewhat less healthy, he's a margarine fiend.

I find it quite interesting how lots of cats like carb-heavy food! I have one cat who goes mad for popcorn, and another who will tear pasta with basil pesto from my fork as i am trying to eat it!

Ooo that is so cute! Lucky you had the lid on otherwise there'd be no leftovers!

Hahaha, I love this! My cats have no interest in non-cat food, but my pup loves beans!

Aw, Nacho! I wish my cats would freak out over beans. Instead, they spend their time trying to steal my dog's food. Poor little guy. It's six cats against one dog.

Oh Nacho is too cute! Our cats don't try to open containers with beans, instead they insist on trying to break the blinds in our new flat. damn the furry little devils :)

THat is so cute. It is so amazing to me how our own cat goes crazy for beans and veggies. Her favorite is spaghetti sauce and her second favorite is green beans. She will meow non-stop until we give her some.

Nacho is absolutely adorable. Three coloured cats (Buntgescheckte) are considered lucky charms in Germany (the opposite of black cats - Germans are very superstitious!).

P.S. Sorry, just catching up on blog reading...

Nacho likes beans too? My kitties don't bother us much in the kitchen, except when we're drinking OJ. My girl kitty loves to lick the pulp in the glass.
