I'm not really picky about the form that my mexican-ish food comes in. Burritos, enchiladas, nachos, chilli, random mexican-spiced bakes... they're all good, in my opinion. But there is something about the taco, in all of its messy, hard to eat glory, that epitomises good mexican food, in my opinion. Behold.

Ooo, I love mexican too but I'm very much a nacho person (although tacos would come a close second - I always overfill though and the juices run all the way down my arm!).
Hmmm, favourite cuisine? That's tough. I do really like Thai. Oh I know, claypot (I think that's Malaysian).

I love Mexican/Latin American cooking too (which, I know, is casting a pretty wide net!) The heaping taco looks great. It's hard to pick a favorite cuisine, but the photos makes me think avocados must be involved :)
Favourite cuisine... too hard! If I had to narrow it down to a region it would be Asian. Japanese, Indonesian... too good.

My favourite cuisine is Malaysian, because it's my home comfort food. The handy thing about saying 'Malaysian' is it encompasses lots of things, Chinese-Malaysian, Malay, Indian-Malaysian, and Nyonya food. So delicious.

I ate at a Mexican restaurant today, it was awesome and they definitely accommodated to my vegan needs wonderfully.

I don't really go by cuisine - I just love anything that contains carbs! Pasta, burritos, noodles, rice dishes, dumplings, etc... :)

And I too love veganised Mexican other than that, I like anything involving veggies and peanut sauce!
Just as I cannot pick a favourite meal of the day, I cannot pick a favourite cuisine! I am such a hussy when it comes to food. LOL.
I indeed do love Mexican food though! I always tend to go for the soft tortillas rather than the taco shell though.
I love many cuisines, but Mediterranean is probably my favorite.
I can't decide which cuisine is my favourite, but Indian and Mexican are definitely at the top of the list! And so is taco's! Mmmmm taco's. I have a craving now!
i'm such a mexi fan! i really wish australia had more places you could buy it ready made. i'm pretty sure authentic mix food doesn't even use cheese and sour cream (well, ot traditional stuff anyway) dairy in that heat! no way!!!
